Our immune pack is designed by Sally-Ann Creed herself and contains all the vitamin and mineral essentials to boost your immune system.

Super Cee: Sodium ascorbate, a form of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) that is ‘chelated’, meaning that it is joined with sodium bicarbonate molecule (mineral) . This ‘buffering’ makes it easier to digest and gentler on the gut for those with sensitive digestive tracts.

Zinc Picolinate: Zinc picolinate tablets are elemental zinc combined with picolinic acid. It has a high bioavailability and is very easily absorbed by the body.

Quercetin with Vitamin C: Quercetin is a biologically active compound and is a natural antioxidant. It is able to neutralise free radicals and prevent oxidative stress. Quercetin has antiviral activity, as it can damage the DNA of viruses. Our Quercetin contains Vitamin C as this improves its absorption.

Vitamin D3: Contributes to the absorption and maintenance of normal calcium levels, and may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Vitamin D has also been shown to reduce inflammation and improve immunity. 1ml = 1000iu

Vitamin K2: Vitamin K2 activates a protein hormone called osteocalcin, which is needed to bind calcium into the matrix of your bone. Osteocalcin also appears to help prevent calcium from depositing into your arteries

The benefit of taking these together has a knock on effect. Quercetin uptake by the body, is enhanced by Vitamin C. Zinc enhances the uptake of Vitamin C and Vitamin D3 absorption is greatly enhanced by Vitamin K2. All these components of the immune pack therefore work together as a team, to ensure your immune system performs at its peak.

Dosage and directions for use:
FOR PROTECTION, daily:
1 x Quercetin with Vitamin C
1 x Zinc Picolinate
1/4 tsp x Super C (Can use Scorbi Cee or Ester C as alternative)
1 x Vitamin D3
1 x Vitamin K2

FOR SYMPTOMS (For 5 days only, then revert to above protective measures):
1 x Quercetin with Vitamin C three times a day
2 x Zinc Picolinate a day
1/4 tsp x Super C (Can use Scorbi Cee or Ester C as alternative)
1 x Vitamin D3 twice a day 
1 x Vitamin K2 a day
