“Smells Like Christmas” Granola

This is some of the best granola we have ever eaten! This recipe was shared by a great friend of ours, Imari Du Plessis

What you need

  • 2 cups Sally-Ann Creed pecan nuts
  • 2 cups Sally-Ann Creed coconut chips
  • 2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed pumpkin seeds
  • 100g Sally-Ann Creed coconut oi
  • 2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Sally-Ann Creed cinnamon

Let's cook

  1. Preheat oven to 160ºC
  2. Pulse pecan nuts using a food processor. Combine with coconut chips.
  3. Heat coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds in a pot over low heat until the oil has melted.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Switch the oven off and allow the granola to dry and cool.
  7. Enjoy!
