Sally-Ann Creed's Returns Policy

Our happiness is our main focus and we like to keep things as simple as possible. To make things easier for everyone, we’ve split our returns policy in two.

I’m not happy with my order
If you’ve bought the incorrect product, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit to the value of the returned items at the time of purchase. Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original, unopened packaging. We will unfortunately require you to pay for return shipping, but it will never be more than R105 for a nationwide return, or simply drop it off at our Westlake store.

Please note that from time to time we run specials. We understand that it can be frustrating to miss out on a deal, but these are the perfect opportunities to stock up on our incredible products. As such, orders placed within 7 days of any special cannot be returned and repurchased at the sale price.

Somethings not right with my order
If your purchase arrives and you are not 100% satisfied (if anything is broken, damaged, or if there is an item missing, or that does not live up to our promise of quality) please call 021 794 3052 or email orders@sallyanncreed.co.za immediately so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible. We will organise for a courier to collect the item free of charge, and as soon as we receive it, will replace the item, or offer an online store credit for the item in question. 

Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
