Seed crackers

These seed crackers are not only delicious, but they’re incredibly healthy too!

What you need

1 packet Sally-Ann Creed® Four-Seed Mix
2 tablespoons psyllium husk
140ml water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mixed herbs (optional)

Let's cook

Mix all of the above ingredients into a bowl
Set your oven to 160°C
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Using a spoon, evenly spread out the seed mix
Bake in oven for about 60 minutes
Take out and let the seed mix cool before cutting or breaking into desired size pieces
