Seed crackers 

These seed crackers are not only delicious, but they’re incredibly healthy too!

What you need

  • 1 packet Sally-Ann Creed® Four-Seed Mix
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 140ml water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Mixed herbs (optional)

Let's cook

  • Mix all of the above ingredients into a bowl
  • Set your oven to 160°C
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper
  • Using a spoon, evenly spread out the seed mix
  • Bake in oven for about 60 minutes
  • Take out and let the seed mix cool before cutting or breaking into desired size pieces
