Peanut Butter Cookies

These quick and easy Keto Peanut Butter cookies are very popular in our home. Ready to eat in 30 minutes, they’re perfect snacks that can be whipped up in no time.

What you need

  • ½ cup Sally-Ann Creed Peanut Butter 
  • ¾ cup Sally-Ann Creed Almond Flour 
  • 1 free-range egg 
  • 2 teaspoons Sally-Ann Creed Erythritol granules

Let's cook

  1. Preheat oven to 180°
  2. Combine the peanut butter, almond flour, eggs and erythritol and mix well
  3. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out the mixture and roll into balls 
  4. Line a baking sheet with baking paper 
  5. Wet a fork and press down the dough balls
  6. Bake for about 13-15 minutes
