Overnight Oats

This overnight oats recipe makes some of the best oats I’ve ever tasted. Adding peanut butter or macadamia nut butter makes it even better!

What you need

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 – 2 scoops Pure Hydrolysed Collagen
  • 1 cup Milk of your choice (we enjoy Almond or Oat Milk)
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds (optional)
  • Honey to your liking (optional)
Topping options:
  • Nut butter (we love peanut butter or macadamia nut butter)
  • Berries
  • Fruit
  • Seeds

Let's cook

  1. Combine oats, collagen and milk of your choice in a bowl (you can use water instead).
  2. Add your chia seeds and honey (optional) and stir together until combined.
  3. Cover bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. The next morning add your toppings and enjoy! We love to add fresh berries, banana, seeds and a spoon of peanut butter.
