Berry Coconut Ice Cream

With temperatures sky-high, why not treat yourself to this healthy ice-cream option!

What you need

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 4 tbs coconut cream
  • 2 scoops Sally-Ann Creed® Pure Hydrolysed Collagen

Let's cook

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor/ Nutribullet and pulse.
  2. Add a tablespoon of water if you need a bit more liquid.
  3. Place in freezer for 3 hours or over night if you wish to.
  4. Serve with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
