Avo Choc Mousse

What you need

  • 2 medium sized avocados (approximately 230g without skin and pit) 
  • 1/2 cup Sally-Ann Creed® cocoa powder 
  • 100g dark chocolate 
  • 1/4 cup Sally-Ann Creed® Pure Honey 
  • 2 cracks of Sally-Ann Creed® Himalayan salt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (1 can incase you need to add more)

Let's cook

  1. Melt 100g chocolate over a double boiler and set aside for about 10 minutes, until slightly cooled 
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend well
  3. If your mixture is too thick, add more coconut cream 
  4. Place blended mixture in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to “set”
  5. Serve in small bowls with a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate
  6. Enjoy!
