Avo Choc Mousse

What you need

2 medium sized avocados (approximately 230g without skin and pit)
1/2 cup Sally-Ann Creed® cocoa powder
100g dark chocolate
1/4 cup Sally-Ann Creed® Pure Honey
2 cracks of Sally-Ann Creed® Himalayan salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut cream (1 can incase you need to add more)

Let's cook

Melt 100g chocolate over a double boiler and set aside for about 10 minutes, until slightly cooled
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend well
If your mixture is too thick, add more coconut cream
Place blended mixture in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to “set”
Serve in small bowls with a dusting of cocoa powder or grated chocolate
