What you do with this:
- Combine oats, collagen and milk of your choice in a bowl (you can use water instead).
- Add your chia seeds and honey (optional) and stir together until combined.
- Cover bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- The next morning add your toppings and enjoy! We love to add fresh berries, banana, seeds and a spoon of peanut butter.
