Protein Pumpkin Pancakes

What you need
2 eggs
120g pumpkin puree
1 tsp Sally-Ann Creed® Cinnamon
1 tsp Sally-Ann Creed® Baking Powder
3 TBS Sally-Ann Creed® The Best Whey protein – unflavoured
1 cup Sally-Ann Creed® Almond flour
Sally-Ann Creed® Coconut oil to cook
Toppings (optional)
Dark chocolate chips
Raspberries
Sally-Ann Creed® Chia seeds
Sally-Ann Creed® Honey
Let's cook
Add all your ingredients into a blender, or hand whisk until all ingredients are combined
Heat your pan and add your coconut oil
Use a dessert spoon to spoon out the mixture into the pan
Cook on low heat to ensure the pancakes don’t burn and they cook through
