Piña colada smoothie

What you need

  • x1 large frozen banana 
  • 1 ½  Cups frozen pineapple 
  • 1 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed desiccated coconut 
  • About 8 blocks of ice 
  • ¼ cup full fat yogurt 
  • 1 heaped Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed coconut milk powder

Optional: Pure Hydrolysed Collagen or The Best Whey protein powder

Let's cook

  1. Add all ingredients into a nutribullet/ blender and wizz up until desired consistency
  2. Add water if needed 
  3. Serve with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut and a chunk of fresh pineapple
