Keto Air Fryer Bread

What you need

  • 6 Tbsp almond flour 
  • A generous crack of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp grass fed butter 
  • 2 free-range eggs

Let's cook

  1. In a medium mixing bowl add in all of the ingredients and mix until smooth 
  2. Evenly spoon out the batter into 2 small oven safe ramekins 
  3. Pop into the air fryer and cook at 180°C degrees for about 12 minutes or until cooked through. If you are unsure, you can do the tooth pick test to check. 
  4. Remove carefully and allow to cool slightly before removing the bread from the ramekins. If they don’t come out of the ramekins on their own, use a knife to loosen the edges. 
  5. Cut your bread in half and enjoy with a smear of butter or can even pop it in the toaster to crisp it up.
