Delicious Sally-Ann Creed Collagen Cookies the whole family will ❤️!

What you need

  • ¼ cup Sally-Ann Creed Collagen
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Sally-Ann Creed Keto Sweet
  • 1tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dark chocolate (sugar free)

Let's cook

  1. Preheat the oven to 180’C
  2. Line the banking sheet with parchment paper or a non stick mat
  3. Mix eggs, vanilla, coconut oil – whisk to combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix collagen, keto sweet, almond flour, baking soda, a pinch of salt, and chopped-up dark chocolate.
  5. Combine your two mixes without over mixing.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet into round shapes.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 20mins

Add sugar free dark chocolate on top and/or a sprinkle of desicated coconut.
