Date, Collagen & Nut Butter Balls

Delicious Date balls for the whole family!

What you need

  • 5 pitted Dates
  • ¼ cup Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of Sally-Ann Creed Pure Hydrolysed Collagen
  • ¼ cup Nut Butter Sally-Ann Creed Macadamia Nut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil Sally-Ann Creed Coconut Oil
  • 4 tbsp Quick oats Sally-Ann Creed Quick Oats
  • Nut Butter (for the middle of the nut butter balls)

Let's cook

  1. Soak the dates for 5mins in hot water
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a nutribullet or blender
  3. Roll the balls into equal sizes – makes approximately 6 balls
  4. Place in the fridge to harden and ENJOY!

Fun Variations

  1. For nut butter inside – use a syringe and melted nut butter to insert into the center of the nut butter ball.
  2. Sugar free chocolate coated – melt sugar free dark chocolate and roll the balls in chocolate.
  3. Chocolate and coconut coated. Once melted in chocolate, cover in desiccated coconut Sally-Ann Creed Dessicated Coconut
