Brain Boosting Smoothie

What you need

1/2 avocado (rich in healthy fats, potassium & fibre)

1/2-1 cup unsweetened almond milk (low-carb and Keto-friendly)

1 tablespoon MCT oil (provides quick, clean energy for the brain)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries (rich in antioxidants, low in carbs)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (packed with omega-3s for brain health)

1 handful of spinach (rich in vitamin k, folate & iron) 

1 teaspoon cocoa powder (boosts brain function, high in flavonoids)

1 handful (about 30g) Walnuts (for healthy omegas & fats)
