Sally-Ann Creed Banting Brownies

Banting Brownies

We absolutely adore these banting brownies. Especially during the cold winter months – they bring so much joy to our lives.

What you need

  • 1 handful crushed up Sally-Ann Creed® Walnuts
  • ½ cup Sally-Ann Creed® Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ tsp Sally-Ann Creed® Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Sally-Ann Creed® Keto Sweet
  • ½ cup Sally-Ann Creed® Almond Flour
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 125g melted butter (cool before adding to mixture)
  • Dark chocolate chips (a sprinkling for the mixture & on top)

Let's cook

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a small baking tin or baking dish with baking paper.
  3. Add all the wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl and then add in the dry ingredients.
  4. Scoop out the brownie mixture and smooth into the baking tin.
  5. Top the mixture with a sprinkling of chocolate chips and some walnuts.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool for about 10 minutes, then cut them.
