Black Friday Sale 2023
Our Black Friday Sale is a wonderful opportunity for customers to buy items at hugely reduced prices. Unfortunately this huge increase in demand puts pressure on all delivery systems.

Please note the following :

• Third party courier companies across the country face a massive increase in volumes – delivery times will be slower. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your delivery to take place
• Please ensure you order all your product you require as once an order is placed and paid for it cannot be changed or added to. A new order will need to be placed. Due to the large volumes of orders received on a day, we cannot guarantee the second order will be shipped together with your first order thus the extra courier fee will apply to your second order.
• Special delivery requests will not be possible – order as a collect order if need be.
• Please do not phone to find out where your order is – email us at orders@sallyanncreed.co.za as this is far more efficient and will not slow down the delivery process. Please allow us time to reply to your email, due to the volumes it could take a while, but we will reply to you.
• The sale is only valid while stocks last – the time duration of the various sale offers only run for specified times.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any product on sale
• Payments for Black Friday Sale orders must be made within 48 hours to secure your order. Payments are checked on our banking statements everyday. Once your payment reflects on our account the order will be sent to the warehouse for packing. Please note if you are paying via EFT the delivery time could increase as we need payment to clear first. Payfast clears immediately in our account.
• Please ensure you use your latest updated order number as a reference when making the payment, this is to avoid any delays matching a payment to an order
• If you order and pay for a product and it goes on sale the next day, no refunds will be allowed on the order placed.
