Due to its ability to absorb up to 50 times its weight in water, glucomannan has innate bulking properties, along with a low energy density. This resistant starch provides both insoluble and soluble fibre, meaning it not only assists with constipation, improved digestion, and weight management but it also has the ability to reduce cholesterol levels, improve insulin levels, and normalise blood glucose levels due to its soluble fibre properties.

Beyond its many benefits within the body, glucomannan can also be used as a low carb thickener, stabiliser or gelling agent. It is a great alternative to cornstarch when making sauces or stews.

Ingredients: Glucomannan (Elephant foot yam extract)

Instructions for use:
Take 1/4 teaspoon 3x a day, 30 mins before meals
Place powder directly onto tongue and follow with a glass of water
