Rooibos has been shown to have naturally high levels of antioxidants, particularly polyphenols, which assist in fighting internal inflammation and many inflammatory conditions such as heart disease and the development of certain cancers. It has also been shown to assist with hayfever, due to the natural presence of quercetin. Aspalathin, another antioxidant found in rooibos, helps to regulate blood sugar levels, making rooibos a wonderful choice for those suffering from insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes.

Each 4.8g capsule contains:
Organic rooibos tea 2.4g
Pure hydrolysed collagen 2.4g

Best made as a 40ml Espresso, may add warm or frothed milk as desired
