Rice flour is a form of flour that is derived from finely milled rice. Our Sally-Ann Creed® Rice Flour is derived from 100% white rice. It is naturally gluten-free and is an ideal regular flour substitute. It can also be used as a thickening agent, as opposed to cornstarch.
