Our Sally-Ann Creed® Pecan Nut Oil is 100% Pure Cold Pressed, and locally produced in South Africa.  It is a naturally healthy oil with a distinctive nutty flavor. Pecan nut oil has a high smoke point which makes it ideal for cooking at high temperatures and for deep frying. It’s a fantastic source of antioxidants and lowers LDL cholesterol, while raising HDL cholesterol. Why do we love it?
