Dosage and directions for use:

Maintenance Dose:
Take 1 teaspoon (5g) once daily, mixed into 125-250ml of water or a liquid of your choice.
Optional Loading Phase (First 5 Days):
Take 4 teaspoons (20g) per day, divided into four 5g servings throughout the day. Mix each serving into water or your preferred beverage.
