MSM 160mg
Pre- and probiotic blend 30mg
(Lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium lactis, fructooligosaccharide)

Ingredients: Hydrolysed gelatine, gelatine granules, pure hydrolysed collagen, MSM powder, pre- and probiotic blend, anti-caking agent

Allergens: Packed in a factory that handles nuts and oats (gluten)

Dosage and directions for use:
Take 1 – 2 tablespoons / scoops in warm to hot water
