Our Sally-Ann Creed® Coconut Milk Powder is sourced from India and provides a wonderful coconut taste with a creamy texture. Coconut milk powder is an edible extract from the fruit of the Cocos nucifera plant. It is derived from the coconut fruit flesh (or meat), which is a white, nutritionally dense substance. It can be used as a dairy milk substitute in cooking, baking or for general daily use. Rich in medium-chain-triglycerides (MCTs), it helps to increase satiety and may assist with weight loss, increase energy production and have been linked to improved heart health. It is also rich in Vitamin C and E, which are antioxidants that assist with free-radical damage within the body, coconut milk powder may help to prevent cellular damage and ageing as well as provide support for the immune system. Lastly, coconut milk powder is a great source of various minerals some of which include zinc, magnesium, iron selenium and phosphorus.
