Ingredients: Pure hydrolysed collagen (bovine), inulin, milk powder (rice milk (contains casein) and coconut milk), MCT oil powder, dried spices (cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, ginger), monk fruit extract
Allergens: Lactose free but contains dairy (casein). Packed in a factory that handles nuts and oats (gluten)
Dosage and directions for use:
Mix 1 – 2 TBSP in hot water, add milk of your choice as desired
