A powerful antiviral – Andrographolide

AV/AT has been found to be a powerful potential inhibitor of this horrible virus. We are watching decimate economies and lives globally. A paper published a few months ago gives enormous hope for natural treatment of viruses. As a personal user of this product for a few years when needed I have never seen it fail to provide a speedy recovery from viruses. It has an impressive track record without any harmful side effects and is something I can’t be without quite honestly.

Regarding the paper mentioned above, Dr Weber – the genius behind this product – states “This paper evaluates the compound Andrographolide from Andrographis paniculata as a potential inhibitor of the main protease of SARS-COV-2 (Mpro) through in silico studies such as molecular docking, target analysis, toxicity prediction and ADME prediction. Andrographolide was docked successfully in the binding site of SARS-CoV-2 Mpro.

Computational approaches also predict this molecule to have good solubility, pharmacodynamics property and target accuracy. This molecule also obeys Lipinski’s rule. This makes it a promising compound to pursue further biochemical and cell based assays to explore its potential for use against COVID-19.”
