Are you vitamin D deficient – and what does that mean?

Vitamin D has been all over the news in the health community and even mainstream medicine over the past 6 months with Covid-19 front and centre. If you have good levels of vitamin D3, your chance of a healthy heart, immune system and ability to avoid or get through an infection quickly is vastly improved.

Could you be deficient? Almost everyone is unless you are taking a daily dose of Vitamin D3. Look at some of these indicators of deficiency to check your status:

  • Immune system imbalance (getting sick often)
  • Poor wound healing
  • Fragile bones, bone loss (osteoporosis/osteopenia)
  • Bone pain
  • Muscle weakness
  • Fatigue
  • Depression
  • Hair loss
  • Inability to lose weight
  • Poor blood sugar control
  • Heart disease

Taking Vitamin D3 Premium is one way to ensure your vitamin D status remains healthy. To boost the effects of vitamin D3, I always recommend taking Vitamin K2 Premium with it. Vitamin D3 enhances uptake of calcium from your food, but Vitamin K2 will deliver this calcium to the BONES where it belongs, NOT the arteries which is the last place you want it! Vitamin K2 Premium will also remove unwanted calcium from blocking your arteries – so I always recommend these two are taken together as a combo.

I call them the dynamic duo and they are both available from https://sallyanncreed.co.za/shop
