Our Sally-Ann Creed® Coconut and Chia Seed Bath Scrub is made using magnesium sulphate granules, which are a wonderful skin exfoliant, while also possessing anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant properties. We have enhanced these properties by using organic coconut oil and omega-rich chia seeds, which are wonderfully moisturising for the skin and possess anti-inflammatory properties to further nourish and soothe your skin, leaving you with a radiant and healthy glow. This scrub doubles as a bath soak, when used and dissolved in warm bath water. It will assist with muscle cramps and soreness, while hydrating and soothing your skin.

How to use:
Use 1-2 tablespoons of the body scrub
On wet skin, gently rub in a circular motion to exfoliate your skin
Rinse off thoroughly with warm water
Best used in a bath as the water will dissolve the magnesium granules to form an Epsom salt bath soak
