“Smells Like Christmas” Granola

This is some of the best granola we have ever eaten! This recipe was shared by a great friend of ours, Imari Du Plessis

What you need

2 cups Sally-Ann Creed pecan nuts
2 cups Sally-Ann Creed coconut chips
2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed chia seeds
2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed pumpkin seeds
100g Sally-Ann Creed coconut oi
2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Sally-Ann Creed cinnamon

Let's cook

Preheat oven to 160ºC
Pulse pecan nuts using a food processor. Combine with coconut chips.
Heat coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds in a pot over low heat until the oil has melted.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.
Switch the oven off and allow the granola to dry and cool.
Enjoy!
