It possesses high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and became of particular interest during the height of Covid-19, due to its ability to assist with respiratory health, as well as its antiviral properties. On its own, quercetin is not very well absorbed by the body, and this is why Sally-Ann formulated her Quercetin with Vitamin C. This combination provides wonderful overlapping antiviral and immune boosting properties, while the strategic incorporation of vitamin C has the capacity to recycle quercetin within the body, making it more effective and bioavailable to the body.
