November Black Friday Sale 2024
Sales are a wonderful opportunity for customers to buy items at hugely reduced prices. Unfortunately this huge increase in demand puts pressure on all delivery systems.

Please note the following :

  • Third party courier companies across the country face a massive increase in volumes – delivery times will be slower. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your delivery to take place.
  • Please ensure you order all your product you require as once an order is placed and paid for it cannot be changed or added to. A new order will need to be placed. Due to the large volumes of orders received on a day, we cannot guarantee the second order will be shipped together with your first order thus the extra courier fee will apply to your second order.
  • Special delivery requests will not be possible – order as a collect order if need be.
  • Please do not phone to find out where your order is – email us at [email protected] as this is far more efficient and will not slow down the delivery process. Please allow us time to reply to your email, due to the volumes it could take a while, but we will reply to you.
  • The sale is only valid while stocks last – the time duration of the various sale offers only run for specified times.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any product on sale.
  • Payments for November Black Friday orders must be made within 48 hours to secure your order. Payments are checked on our banking statements everyday. Once your payment reflects on our account the order will be sent to the warehouse for packing. Please note if you are paying via EFT the delivery time could increase as we need payment to clear first. Payfast clears immediately in our account.
  • Please ensure you use your latest updated order number as a reference when making the payment, this is to avoid any delays matching a payment to an order.
  • If you order and pay for a product and it goes on sale the next day, no refunds will be allowed on the order placed.
  • During our November Black Friday Sale, existing voucher codes are not valid.

Voucher codes and discount codes

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or discount codes.
  • Gift vouchers are only sold at face value – voucher codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
  • When redeeming a gift voucher, a discount voucher may be used in the normal way.
  • Voucher codes are disabled during site-wide sales such as our Birthday Sale & Black Friday Sale.

Standard terms and conditions applying to all Prize Draws and Giveaways:

  • Entry is on the form provided and is open to all residents of RSA over 18 years of age.
  • Employees of the individual prize draw sponsor, their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, dealers, distributors, advertising agencies, judging organisations, and the families of the above are not eligible to enter.
  • Winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries and notified by email to claim their prize. If after 14 days of first notification a prize winner has not accepted their prize, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be drawn.The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • The prize includes delivery to the winners address in RSA.
  • The winner agrees to allow their image or testimonial to be published on social media as a result of winning the prize.
  • No purchase required, one entry per person.
  • Entrants agree to receive marketing material from the company but may choose to unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. Subsequent marketing offers are personalised per entrant and consequently not transferable. 
  • The sponsor cannot be held responsible for typographical errors and omissions.

Request and Analysis of Blood Tests.

  • Purpose of Blood Tests: The blood tests are intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of nutritional status and health conditions. These tests will assist the dietitian in customizing dietary advice based on individual needs.

  • Blood Test Requests: The dietitian may recommend or request specific blood tests relevant to the nutritional assessment, including but not limited to:

    • Nutrient deficiencies (e.g., iron, vitamin D, B12)
    • Lipid profiles (e.g., cholesterol levels)
    • Blood glucose levels
    • Inflammatory markers
    • Other pertinent metabolic or health markers as needed

  • Use of Results:

    • The results of these blood tests will be used to guide dietary and nutritional recommendations.
    • Results are not intended for diagnostic purposes by the dietitian. Any abnormal findings will be referred to a primary healthcare provider or specialist for further investigation and treatment if necessary.

  • Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: The dietitian may need to collaborate with general practitioners (GPs) or other healthcare providers to request the appropriate blood tests. Consent is provided for the dietitian to share relevant information with these providers as needed for test requests.

  • Client Responsibility:

    • Individuals agree to follow any instructions provided by the dietitian or healthcare provider related to the blood tests, including fasting or other preparations, and to attend necessary appointments for blood collection.
    • It is the responsibility of the individual to notify the dietitian or healthcare provider of any adverse effects or reactions related to the blood test process.

  • Fees and Payment: Individuals are responsible for any costs associated with the blood tests, including laboratory fees and any additional fees for the interpretation of results by the dietitian or other healthcare professionals if requested.

  • Confidentiality: All information related to blood test results will be treated with strict confidentiality. Results will only be shared with other healthcare providers as necessary for care, and individuals will be informed of any such communication.

  • Acknowledgement of Risks: The collection of blood samples may carry risks, including bruising, discomfort, or, in rare cases, infection. Any risks associated with the procedure will be managed by the healthcare provider collecting the sample, not by the dietitian.

  • Voluntary Participation: Participation in having blood tests requested by the dietitian is voluntary. Individuals have the right to refuse or withdraw from this process at any time, and doing so may affect the accuracy and effectiveness of the nutritional care plan.
