Vitamin C Gummies

These delicious gummies are a fantastic way to add Vitamin C to your family’s diet.

What you need

  • 1 cup of juice (we used orange juice)
  • 2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed Raw Honey
  • 1/4 cup Sally-Ann Creed Gelatine Granules
  • 1/4 tsp Sally-Ann Creed Scorbi Cee powder
  • Corn Flour (for dusting) *optional

 

Let's cook

  1. Bring the juice and honey to a light simmer in the saucepan (not boiling)
  2. Remove from heat and slowly add the Gelatine Granules while whisking
  3. Use a dropper to fill the silicone moulds with the mixture
  4. Place the moulds into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm
  5. when firm dust with cornflour (if using it)
  6. Pop them out of the mould and enjoy.
