“Smells Like Christmas” Granola
This is some of the best granola we have ever eaten! This recipe was shared by a great friend of ours, Imari Du Plessis
What you need
- 2 cups Sally-Ann Creed pecan nuts
- 2 cups Sally-Ann Creed coconut chips
- 2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed pumpkin seeds
- 100g Sally-Ann Creed coconut oi
- 2 Tbsp Sally-Ann Creed honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Sally-Ann Creed cinnamon
Let's cook
- Preheat oven to 160ºC
- Pulse pecan nuts using a food processor. Combine with coconut chips.
- Heat coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds in a pot over low heat until the oil has melted.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.
- Switch the oven off and allow the granola to dry and cool.
- Enjoy!
