Power Smoothie with Golden Nutritional Yeast Flakes

You’re going to love this!  It’s a great start to the day if you are in a rush – as it’s packed with yummy collagen protein, B vitamins from the GNYF, heady cocoa, chia for fibre and cinnamon for blood sugar control!

What you need

  • A cup of milk (I use almond milk I make myself, or organic coconut milk)
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Hydrolysed Collagen powder
  • 1 cup frozen berries (or fresh!)
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds, ground or straight
  • 1 teaspoon Golden Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon BarleyLife (optional)
  • A teaspoon of Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Optional: ½ an avocado or ½ a frozen banana
