Cauli Mash

What you need

  • 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1 Tbsp butter (adjust as you may need)
  • Sally-Ann Creed® Himalayan Salt
  • Sally-Ann Creed® Ground Black Pepper
  • Freshly chopped chives (optional)

Let's cook

  1. Steam cauliflower florets and cook until tender.
  2. Mash cauliflower with a masher until smooth or place in a nutribullet.
  3. Stir in butter, season with salt, pepper until combined.
  4. Enjoy!
