Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

What you need

  • 1 generous handful of kale
  • 1/2 a beetroot
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • About a half a cup of chopped pineapple
  • 1tsp of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sally-Ann Creed coconut oil
  • 2 tsp Sally-Ann Creed chia seeds
  • 1-2 scoops of Sally-Ann Creed collagen

Let's cook

  1. Add all ingredients to a Nutri-bullet or blender
  2. Pour a dash of water to ensure it blends easily
