What you need

1 generous handful of kale
1/2 a beetroot
1 cup of frozen berries
About a half a cup of chopped pineapple
1tsp of grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Sally-Ann Creed coconut oil
2 tsp Sally-Ann Creed chia seeds
1-2 scoops of Sally-Ann Creed collagen

Let's cook

Add all ingredients to a Nutri-bullet or blender
Pour a dash of water to ensure it blends easily
