What you need

¼ cup butter or organic coconut oil, softened*
¼ cup honey*
2 eggs
The juice and zest of an organic lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1½ cups almond flour*
½ cup Pure Hydrolysed Collagen*
2 tablespoons coconut flour*
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda*
A pinch of Himalayan salt*
½ cup sliced almonds*
3 tablespoons poppy seeds

Let's Cook

Mix the first 5 wet ingredients together well in a big mixing bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients together separately – all the rest from #6-12 above
Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and stir well.
Make little ball shapes and flatten onto baking paper on a baking tray
Bake at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes or until browning around the edges – test them to see when they are done
Cool and enjoy.
