Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping through our online store.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major cities & metropolitan areas: 2-5 business days
  • Regional & outlying areas: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotional sales, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We charge R100 for all orders under R1000, and offer free nationwide delivery for orders of R1000 or more. 

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at: admin@sallyanncreed.co.za

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Sally-Ann Creed cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.

Collections

We will happily hold your order for up to 30 days, giving you all the time you need to collect your order from our shop in Westlake. During that time, we will be in touch to remind you to collect your order. If an order is uncollected after 30 days, we will refund your order, less a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.
