Omega-3 Solution (Enteric)

In the past, fat has been considered a food group to avoid. This train of thought is changing rapidly and more and more evidence is illustrating the importance of unsaturated fats, particularly omega fatty acids, in assisting with our body’s functionality - from our body’s overall ability to metabolize foods to our brain health.

Omega 3 is an essential nutrient that our body cannot produce on its own. It supplies us with ALA, EPA and DHA all of which are important in maintaining and optimizing our overall health. We obtain it either via food or supplementation. Omega 3 is most commonly derived from marine or plant-based sources. Marine sources include seafood and fatty fish such as anchovy, mackerel and salmon. Some plant-based sources include chia seeds, flax seeds and walnuts. Often it is difficult to eat a sufficient amount of seafood per week, and this is where Sally-Ann Creed® Omega 3 Solution can greatly assist.

Our Sally-Ann Creed® Omega 3 Solution is derived from wild caught anchovies. It delivers 1000mg deep sea fish oil per softgel and has a standard 18:12 EPA to DHA ratio, with no nasties or fillers.

Of which EPA 185mg
Of which DHA  123mg                                                                 
(with Eicosapetaenoic acid (EPA) = 18% and Docosahexaenoic (DHA) = 12%)
Other Ingredients: gelatin (bovine), glycerin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water

Dosage and directions for use:
Adults: Take 1-3 softgel capsules a day with food
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
