Gentle Daily Iron provides a well-absorbed daily source of iron bisglycinate, a form chosen specifically to be gentle on the stomach for everyday use supported by vitamin C and copper. Iron is needed for red blood cell formation and haemoglobin production, helping the body transport oxygen efficiently and supporting normal energy levels. Vitamin C is included to enhance iron absorption, while copper supports normal iron transport in the body. Together, this balanced combination supports the body’s natural processes involved in energy, oxygen transport, cognition and immune wellbeing.

providing 1 mg elemental Copper

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (HPMC) Vegetable Capsules.

Dosage & directions for use

Adults and children 12 years and older:
Take 1 capsule daily with water after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
