Our gelatine granules are derived from bovine hides and provide a natural source of gelatine protein. Gelatine is rich in amino acids, including glycine and proline, which are also found in collagen and are important building blocks for skin, joints, connective tissue and overall body structure. Loved for its natural gelling properties, gelatine is a wonderfully versatile ingredient for creating gummies, jellies, mousses, panna cotta, marshmallows, sauces, desserts and other homemade treats. When mixed with hot liquid and allowed to cool, it creates a smooth, set texture that makes it especially useful in cooking and baking.

Dosage & directions for use

Adults: Mix 1-2 tablespoons (10g-20g) in hot water or add to any food or beverage. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Allergens & warnings

Allergens: Contains sulphur dioxide. Packed in a factory that handles fish, nuts & oats (gluten).
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established.

If you have liver or kidney disease, or are on a low-protein diet, consult a healthcare provider prior to use. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. May cause gastrointestinal disturbances in sensitive individuals. For joint health use of this substance for 5 (five) months has been shown to be beneficial and therefore its use should be undertaken in consultation with a relevant health care provider.

Why yes we do. From Pretoria to Sutherland, we can deliver your Sally-Ann Creed® purchase to wherever you are within a few days. Admittedly if you do live in Sutherland, it might take up to 5 days depending on when you order, but we always try our best to get your parcel to you within 48 hours.
