Dosage & directions for use

Adults: 1-2 sachets per day in water or a hot or cold beverage. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Allergens: None. Packed in a factory that handles fish, nuts & oats (gluten).
Warnings: If allergy symptoms worsen, if you have liver or kidney disease, are on a low-protein diet, or if pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare provider before use.
