Adults: Take 1-2 Tbsp (9-18 g) per day mixed into warm water, or stir into yoghurt, smoothies, oats or other soft foods.

Use in children and adolescents should be under the guidance of a relevant healthcare practitioner.

Please note: because this product contains gelatine, it may thicken or set slightly when mixed with cold liquids or refrigerated foods such as yoghurt. For a smoother consistency, mix with a little warm water first before adding to food or drinks.

Contains bovine-derived collagen and gelatine. Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established. Sufficient protein is provided in normal, well-balanced daily meals. If you have liver or kidney disease, or are following a low-protein diet, consult a healthcare provider before use. If you have any medical condition, or are taking any medication, consult your doctor, pharmacist or healthcare practitioner before use. May cause gastrointestinal disturbances in sensitive individuals. For joint health, use for up to 5 months has been shown to be beneficial. Continued use beyond this period should be undertaken in consultation with a relevant healthcare provider. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
