Crocus sativus L. (affron®) [3.5% Lepticrosalides] Humulus lupulus L. (Hops) [1% 8-prenylnaringenin] 28mg
Rheum rhaponticum (Rhapontic/Siberian rhubarb) root 10mg
[30% rhaponticin, 3% desoxyrhaponticin] 5mg

Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose Cellulose Vegetable Capsules.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults: Take 1 capsule per day, after a meal.
For best results, use consistently for 4-8 weeks.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients or formulation components (including excipients). Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding (safety has not been established) or for persons under 18 years. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have, or have had, a hormone-sensitive condition (e.g. breast, uterine or ovarian conditions) or known/suspected oestrogen-dependent cancer, or if you use HRT or other hormonal medication (including hormonal contraception). Use with caution with CNS depressants (e.g. alcohol or sedating antihistamines) due to the risk of additive drowsiness.
