I have just completed a 3-day trail run. In previous stage races (and even during longer one day races) I’ve always suffered badly with aching joints – knees, hips etc. as the event progressed. For the first time I had three days pain free, finished strong and don’t even feel that I’ve done a big event. I’ve been taking collagen for about 3 months now – it’s the only thing I can attribute it to. I’m a very happy athlete!!! ????
