Your happiness is our main focus. If your purchase arrives and you are not 100% satisfied, if anything is broken or damaged, or if there is an item missing, please call 021 794 3052 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I want to return something?
You are welcome to return any product purchased from our online store within 7 days of receiving it. Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original, unopened packaging. We will organise for a courier to collect the item, and as soon as we receive it, we will replace the item, or offer a online store credit for the amount in question.
Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
