Bring the juice and honey to a light simmer in the saucepan (not boiling)
Remove from heat and slowly add the Gelatine Granules while whisking
Use a dropper to fill the silicone moulds with the mixture
Place the moulds into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm
when firm dust with cornflour (if using it)
Pop them out of the mould and enjoy.
