A good antidote to wine gums withdrawal!

What you need:

Honey is fine if you don’t have a sugar problem, but what about if you are wanting to get the gut-friendly, gut-healing properties in a sweet? Well, make some fresh fruit juice (don’t buy it please – make your own fresh juice) and you will still have a delicious sweet.

  • 1 cup of freshly made fruit juice (I often use orange or lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons of Gelatine Granules

 

What you do with this:
  1. Place your fresh juice into the saucepan, and gently heat it until it is quite warm but not yet boiling, and then turn the heat off.
  2. Now pour the gelatine granules into the juice while you are whisking it to get it incorporated, one spoon at a time.
  3. Once it’s all mixed in and smooth, pour this into the moulds and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours till firm.
