Sally-Ann’s Almond Butter Treats

My almond butter is legendary: it is 100% PURE with NOTHING added.

It’s gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, grain-free, non-GMO

What you need:
  • 1 cup Sally-Ann Creed’s Almond Butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon of Sally-Ann Creed’s Himalayan Loose Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Sally-Ann Creed’s gluten-free baking powder
  • ½ cup Sally-Ann Creed’s Xylitol
  • ½ teaspoon of good vanilla essence
  • ½ of a Sally-Ann Creed’s sugar-free Bean-to-Bar organic dark chocolate
What you do with this:
  1. Preheat your oven first of all to 180 degrees C
  2. Now get a brownie pan or square dish 20 x 20cm or even 20 x 15cm
  3. Grease the container well, and line it with parchment paper
  4. Now mix all the ingredients except the chocolate until smooth
  5. Break the chocolate into large chunks (to fill ½ cup) and fold them into the mixture
  6. Pour into the container with the parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes till golden
  7. Remove from the oven and cool before cutting.
  8. These keep well in an airtight container and freeze very well.
