- Preheat the oven to 180’C
- Beat eggs and buttermilk together in a bowl. Gently fold in the big banting mix until combined.
- Pour into a well-greased loaf tin and sprinkle seeds over the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes. Stick a knife into the middle and if it comes out clean its done.
- Enjoy warm with your favourite topping.
Keep in a sealed container. Great for freezing!
